Jeff has been in commercial real estate since 1992. His primary focus for NAI Black is in Investment Sales & Leasing plus Self Storage Investment Sales. Jeff began his real estate career in 1992 as a Property and Project Manager with Shurgard Storage on the West Coast and worked his way up to Vice President of Development with Safeguard Storage on the East Coast some years later.

Besides his long career in Self Storage development, Jeff has brokered numerous commercial transactions including exclusive representation of McDonald's in Eastern Washington and North Idaho as well as the first Trader Joe's location in Spokane and deals involving Subway, Enterprise and AutoZone among others. Jeff is also an Owner of retail, office, multi-family and industrial properties.

Outside of work, Jeff is a committed athlete that even travels internationally to compete in volleyball. He resides in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho with his wife. They have 3 grown children.
